Tis the season, to feel jolly… Tra La La La La…

The holidays are a great time to reflect on your life. We often spend time with our family and loved ones. For some of us, this is more a chore than a delight. Going home for Christmas can seem like an emotional roller coaster.

But when we can get a idea from where we once came from, we can start to see the ingrained mindset that our family had to offer us. As you spend time watching your family dynamics, remember that you were raised in it. Where does everyone feel the most comfortable? in silence? Doing their own thing? when do they feel the most uncomfortable? when Dad or Mom has another drink? What about speaking up? Is that a roll of the dice too? When we have spent our formative years in such fragile environments, we learned where we best fit in and stuck with it. Just trying to manage getting through it all until we could get out on our own. But don’t be mistaken. Those aspects of our family have their own effects on us even when our family is miles and miles away.

When we get a glimpse into the family dynamics we grew up with, and then we turn our attention on our own life, we can often make similar discoveries as to how we are posturing with the people in our current life. Our spouse or our boss. Those people in our life that we seem to “manage” our relationship with. Like if we were to just let go, it might all come crashing down around us. We can do better. We can get past that old dogma. We would do good to actively resolve that old stuff. If we don’t, it tends to actively resolve us. And in not so graceful ways.

Becoming aware of these old undercurrents within our self allows us to see how we have been managing our life. Often at the expense of actually living our life. TO release the odl dormant clutter that lies just below the surface, allows us to show up in new ways for ourself. We tend to no have to posture with our life elements and start to become much more pro-active in creating what we actually desire to have in our life.

I hope this holiday season brings you the best insights to your past possible. It might not be so flattering, but it always helps us understand ourselves better.

New Age Living

What a great time tobe alive. We are having a pinnacle moment of humanity playing out before us now. Wow.

Most of our past could be written as a collective story. we have been immersed in the struggles of life as a culture. And collectively, those culture have not really understood the nature of this human experience. We have identified our self as a citizen, and played that role out, as the principle of who we are.

But, as such, we have collectively been asleep. And those who desire to idea of control, from a force point of view, have slowly gathered the reins of humanity.

The momentum had been towards more and more control by fewer and fewer peole. This has played out many times here on earth.

But this time, it’s different. We have collectively connected. The internet has connected us all. Wecan see live footage of a new event from the other side of the globe, recorded from somebody’s cell phone, on youtube in minutes.

As such, the incongruities of humanity are becoming exposed. We are best off becoming self aware. nothing we do will have more power to it than that. Know Thyself, Socrates said. Know your truth. Live your truth.

the rise of consciousness on the planet is happening at quicker and quicker rates. We are awakening the sleeping giants. Us. We will bring in a new chapter of humanity, focused on the most powerful thoughts imaginable. Love. Love has no opposite.

Love. Love yourself. Love others. See the perfection in life. Love allows all scenarios. Including your best dream of it.

Strong undercurrents

It seems like we just see the world out our eyes. and everything else about it is trivial. why would anything else matter? If we can’t see it, then it must not have much influence in our life, right?
The part that keeps making me take pause, is the incredible peace that is underneath everything. It wasn’t something I was looking for. It wasn’t something I felt I needed. But OMG, what a gift it was when I started to feel it’s presence. This “loud” beacon of peace. It was so subtle at first. and the more I would quiet myself, the “louder” it got. How wonderful it was. thick and dense. like a invisible sun, just behind it’s cover.
It reminded me of a very strange moment of my life. I had almost drown as a kid. I remember the last thing I saw, All the air from my lungs bubbling up to the surface that was getting farther and farther away as I sank. This immense peace was there too. I remember how I felt in that moment. No panic, no concerns. Just this intense, brilliant calm that the peace within me gave me. Obviously I lived. But the peace I felt in that moment, was all encompassing. Now I can feel it occasionally in my everyday life. It’s been there all the time. What a delight to slip into it from time to time.
Perhaps it will catch others in it’s grasp. Maybe it already has. It might just be the next big thing…

What’s it worth…

I not talking about freedom in the patriotic way. fighting for freedom there has been used to motivate us to do some pretty crazy things.

What I am talking about is inside of you! What is your freedom worth. Really. what does that even mean? Freedom. Personal Freedom.

I do know that what I have gotten my life to now, is a kind of freedom I never knew existed. Nobody modeled this kind of personal freedom when I was growing up. Only,perhaps, people in the movies. Fictional characters. Nothing real tangible.

Perhaps another way to look at it is… Where is your personal power? How would you describe your personal power to someone else? Would you talk about the “things” in your life? All things come and go. Would you talk about the people in your life? They come and go in many ways. physically, emotionally, mentally and spirituality. What about a title or some type of recognition? There are just a few people we talk about who’s credentials have lasted at all. The vast majority of us don’t really care very long.

Is it you wit? Are you very versed in some arena of thought? So as long as the measuring stick is put in that pond, you will measure up?

Don’t be mistaken here, I’m not trying to pick you apart. I want you to see, that which makes you powerful is you. That raw, potential that is never tangible, definable, or volatile. It is with you always. Forever. it IS you. YOU. Just as you are. Not for some trait you think you have, or whatever anyone else thinks, or doesn’t think about you. You have an infinite potential always inside of you. That can not be erased.

What yourself when you are growing. ( Your still growing… Right?) No matter the age. No matter the circumstances. It is your ability to literally change who you are to meet the challenges of your life. Wow. WOW. How cool is that?

So take a step back and look at those things in your life. Perhaps it is finances, or relationships, or personal empowerment. If you find yourself thinking of any/all of these issues in your life, grow yourself. Grow yourself bigger than the situation(s). once and for all. get to a point where you have mastered them. Completely. Perhaps you have created multiple abundant streams of passive income. And you make more than you ever dreamed of. Now that it is no longer in your daily thoughts, you are FREE. Personal freedom. Growing yourself, to transcend our “issues” doesn’t have to take a lifetime. When we really get focused, we can resolve it all much sooner than the path we were on.

Your life changes in oh so many ways when you set yourself free. OMG. What a wonderful place to live. Your life becomes about living it again. And when you put your daily thoughts on that, then your limits just seem to fade away.

That is the place of personal freedom.

The winds of change are blowing, time to adjust the sails…

It seems like the rate of change is here to stay. And, if it follows it’s current trajectory, it will continue to increase it’s rate. Change happening faster and faster. But that’s OK.

How do we navigate these sweeping changes?

There is a basic formula about life. It has to do with how YOU are showing up for it. There can be suchprofound headlines in the news. And the talk of the changes can reach everyones lips. But what about you. what about you and your life? How are we to deal with the world we live in, changing so fast?

There is a simple mindset that can really help navigate any situation. We have so many choices that we make everyday. There are so many different ways we can choose t olive our life. But the choices, really, can be narrowed down to this. Is this choice going to expand my life, or contract it. Choices based in fear, tend to restrict our future. We might choose to take the safe route. Or to not try new things. Keeping things familiar. But the very nature of life is to express itself in every unfloding ways. That is to say, it is in your very nature to grow. And it is the growth itself, that will set you free. That will give you more choices in the future, no matter what the changes are.

Love is accepting, allowing and supportive. when you make choices based in Love, the tend to grow your life and thus grow your choices. It is choices that really set us free. When we have no choice? we have no power.

So as the headlines keep making new stories to tell of what is happening around us, take pause. Take a deep breath. and another one. Ask you self these simple questions. What do I want my future to look like? Will this make me more powerful in the future? will I grow because of this? Am I acting in fear or Love? Will this choice bring me closer to what I want?

We can so easily be distracted by yet another crisis. The media is never short on worries to report. And if we stay engaged in their mindset, we will live in a sense of worry or concern about our future. Just turn it off. Really. Keep your thoughts focused on what it is you want.

The future will hold many outcomes. We are not all living the same storyline. there are many, many different outcomes for every story they report. And you serve yourself best when you just stay focused on what you want your life to be. Learn to say, this too will pass. What do I want? What am I thinking about today? Learn to master your thoughts. So when you feel any fear within your being, you do not drop into another mindset, and start re-acting to the worries of the media. Stay focused on what you want. You will arrive much sooner at where YOU want to be. And you will keep a sense of control in your life, that will serve you now and in the future.

Live today like it is your best day ever. And then get up, and do it again, tomorrow. You soon will start to have great days ever day. As you should.

Creating a new direction

There seems to be a kind of momentum to life. We can have such a resilient, consistent experience of life even though we are trying to create something new. How is it that life wants to give us the same results, even though we are trying like hell to create a new result?
I like to think of this momentum as our karma. kind of like a broken record that keeps us stuck in the same groove despite our best efforts to change it.
The nice thing about this principle, is that it will hold us in our good too. Once you are able to bring the change(s) about, the same principle will will work to your advantage to keep you there.
So how do we go about making a permanent change?
It’s all an inside job. Nothing outside of us, has any lasting effect in our life. Even the big problems that we experience are energetically attached so some element within our personal energy persona. When we clear out the associated energy within us, the problem will no longer resonate with us. Even though we might still be “attached” to the problem, like a multi year contract or such, it will no longer impact our every day choices. We will create circumstances that null the effect of it on our life.
I know this can be hard to imagine, especially when your immersed in the problem. But there IS a place where the aspects of the problem are voided.
Once you resolve the reason you attracted it into your life, you will no longer have a re-action to it, and ultimately you will be able to live your life without any hardship from it.
You can see it as a lesson for yourself. Sure the problem is big pain in the butt, but as long as you see yourself smaller than it, it will dominate your life. It is really presenting you an opportunity for your growth. Can you be happy right now? Or does the image of your future rob you of yourself in this moment? Are you breathing? Are you healthy? Do you have a place to stay? Did you eat any food this last week? Perhaps so. Be grateful for that. When you do that, you are shifting your awareness from what might happen in the future, to finding joy in what you already have in your life now. When you find the gratitude of the moment, you shift what you are focusing on, and thus changing what you are creating for your future.
You want to be happy in the future? Be happy now. Do you want to be happy when you retire? be happy now. Learn to appreciate what you have now, and you will see that what “allows” us to be happy, is ourselves. nothing outside of us can take our happiness away from us, unless we first allow it to.
What are you attaching your sense of happiness to? How expensive is that for you? Is that what you really want? Get clear about what you are vested in. And you will start to own your happiness more and more.

Life is a wonderful thing when you can show up for it.

Finding your Soul

Vibrant, Radiant, Brilliant Light…

This eternal flame living deep within me. Wanting out. Wanting to express it’s magnificence.Not concerned with any of the headlines. Not bothered by the false folly of fear. Has no need for an identity. None of any kind. Why would it? It is all that and more. And it is nothing too. It has no problem awaiting in the wings. It’s patience for you is timeless. Just like it’s Love for you, unconditional. It has a dream for you. It awaits your arrival. Holding this idea for your life, that you just can’t wrap your mind around, and still be you. It’s an idea that is beyond words. Beyond limits. Beyond boundaries. This unbridled you awaits your arrival. So when, when will it be? After you get this or that straightened out? It can do that for you. After you resolve this problem or relationship, it can do that too. How about after you get back on your feet? Perhaps then? Well, yes, it knows how to resolve that too. So when then? Really. When?

We tend to be “living” our life, too busy for the fluffy, idealistic notions of living in Bliss. But we are not REALLY living our life. WE are MANAGING our life. From the veiw of our mortal eyes. Trying to arrange the external elements into some kind of manageable fashion. Like the puzzle should just go together soon. We keep thinking we’re on the right track, and in just a few more efforts, we will arrive at the place we have been seeking our whole life.

Our Soul awaits our arrival. We can fudder around all we want. It will be there waiting our arrival. It has a gift for us. Unbounded by thought. Unimaginable by our busy mind.

So when is it going to be? If not now, When?

Don’t let another day go by, with you trying to manage your life. Let your Soul drive from here. Pull over and trade places. It’s been watching you, and you have been driving. Let it drive, and you just watch. Watch as the Dream unfolds. It’s going to be quite a ride.

Finding your Bliss

Finding your Bliss

It seems like the more the headlines tell of struggles and grief, the more people are re-evaluating their own life. Countless people are facing situations they were never prepared for. Yet life moves on. The chaos of the times is causing an inner reflection from so many people. What are we to do to navigate this challenging time?

The gift of these times, is that we are being driven to look at our own life in much more detail that we would have ever before. It seems like the last few decades have distracted us. There has been so much new technology in our life, that we have lost focus on what our life was meant to look like. Once we take a step back, and look at it from a bigger perspective, we can see the whole scope of what we are choosing to be and do with our life.

The theme of countless literature from the past seems to point to following your bliss. what the hell is bliss? And why would following it do anything for me? There is not much in the mainstream media about this. It isn’t really addressed directly in our schools. It’s not included in our business schools. And our governments don’t really even acknowledge it.

The path of our human experience isn’t really given the attention that it deserves. We are all living our days out, ready or not. And so many of us are struggling, trying to find our stride. Trying to create a life that is fulfilling and sustainable. And that is exactly where following our bliss can help.

We are spiritual beings, having a human experience. Our Soul has an intention for our life. An intentional course our life can go through. But at the same time, we have fierce freedom to follow or ignore that. And so many of us are not even aware of the notion that their Soul has a purpose for their life.

When we become aware of it, and then start to discover and live in that intention, them we start to have a completely different life experience. We start to have moments of synchronicity. Where is seems like someone has arranged our life so we can have the most growth, and thus feel fulfilled. Where we start to honor our dreams, since it is our Soul who feeds us our dreams trying to inspire us. We start to feel the excitement of living our dreams, and making the choices that bring them into our own experience. We start to have moments of bliss, as we come into alignment with what our Soul had in mind all along. And the effort it takes us to live in this bliss, is much, much less than we were exerting, trying to craft our life “on our own”. There’s a real sense of joy that overcomes you, as you start to honor your dreams. You start to have moments of extreme peace in your Soul. A sense that life is the most wonderful thing. All of it. The good, the seemingly bad, and everything in between.

To find your bliss, and then to follow it, is to choose the most incredible life you could ever live. You never look back. There are no regrets. Just a wake of elegance to your life, that is there to stay.

May you find your bliss, because you deserve the most incredible life ever.
